Do you have troubles when playing the videos? You can hear them but not see? The videos play without sound? It is possible that you'll need some codecs for the perfect result.

For PC users:

For streaming videos, we suggest you to refresh your Media Player.

If you are a Macintosh user, you need this add on to be installed to quicktime.


How to play mp4 videos?

Some videos are using h.264 codec (mpeg-4 part10), Quicktime format.
You need to download Quicktime 7.0 or higher in order to watch these videos.
Also note that Quicktime 7 requires 1400MHz CPU or more.

an other possibility is the VLC player which works with most operating systems which can be downloaded here .

Windows users:

  • For playing downloaded video files, use Quicktime for Windows

  • For video streaming:
    Please note that most of our videos using Windows Media Video 9 codec, so you may need to update your Windows Media Player to the latest version available in order to watch this videos. Click here for download.


    Mac users:

  • For playing downloaded video files, use Qucktime for Mac

  • Playing downloaded streaming videos (WMV):
